Home Delivered Meals

Nutritious, ready-to-enjoy meals delivered directly to homebound seniors, supporting health, safety, and independence at home.

After scheduling at the number below, a staff member will call or visit your home to assess your needs and determine eligibility under program guidelines.
Meal deliveries can usually start within a few days if the client is eligible.
There will be another check-in every six months to track progress.

Our Congregate Meals program offers more than just a healthy meal—it provides a welcoming space where Berrien County clients can gather, connect, and thrive. Our meal sites bring people together in a friendly, social environment while ensuring access to nutritious, well-balanced food.

Congregate site options include enjoying a meal at one of our partnering Berrien County senior centers or enjoying our Seniors Dine Restaurant Voucher program. We can help you find the option that best suits your needs.

Community Fresh Choice Meals

For private-pay purchase for nutritional support, especially if suffering from a chronic health condition.

Available for purchase to anyone needing nutritional support, especially if suffering from diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, or renal disease.

All menu selections are created by a Registered Dietician with special attention to the needs of those living with chronic disease. Nutritious, delicious meals are at the heart of what we do — crafted with quality ingredients to support energy, strength, and overall wellness.
